Ashwageezer Ltd ("we", "us") collects only the information needed to handle your pre-order: the email address you provide (if any) and the payment details you enter directly into our payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your card details — these are handled exclusively by the processor under their PCI-DSS compliance.
What we collect
Email address (if you submit one to us), and the basic transaction record from our payment processor (your name, the amount paid, and the date). We don’t track you across the web, set advertising cookies, or build behavioural profiles.
How we use it
We use your email solely to confirm your pre-order, send shipping updates, and notify you when the product is ready. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. Email ash@satoshi-services.com with your request and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Ashwageezer Ltd is the data controller for the personal information we hold. For privacy queries or to make a complaint, contact ash@satoshi-services.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of the page and, for material changes, email anyone we hold an address for.
